Ing. Zdeňka Matoušková CSc.

Zdeňka Matoušková is senior analyst and expert of the NOET. She obtained her doctoral degree in economics and statistics at the University of Economics in Prague. She is well experienced in analyses and research in the field of human resources development, employment and education (esp. lifelong learning, financial aspects of education).

She also participated in the ex ante evaluation of programs co-financed from EU structural funds aimed at the development of human resources and other projects resulting in recommendation for labour market policy and education policy. On the national level she contributed in creating indicators for the Research Centre for Competitiveness of the Czech Economy.

Zdeňka Matoušková participated in implementation of many national and international projects of the NOET, management of working packages and presents research results in workshops and conferences. On the national level she is for example involved in „the Relationship between skills, schooling and labour market outcomes“, a longitudinal study (2012 – 2018) and she was expert in finished project „Monitoring of Short-time Trends in Labour Market Demand“. On the international level she is working on the „PIAAC – Programme for the International Assessment of Adult Competencies“ where the analyses of adult competencies is related to the occupational groups.
