Completed project

The National Training Fund as part of the Core Team for the development of a conceptual study dedicated to the issue of Industry 4.0 was the guarantor of Chapter 5 – Impacts of Industry 4.0 on the labour market. The study was completed in 2024 and is a continuation and update of the previous study, which was created within the framework of the Industry 4.0 Initiative adopted by the government in 2016. The aim is to capture new trends that have occurred in this area and to discuss the opportunities and problems of the recent developments. The Core Team was led by Prof. Mařík from the Czech Institute of Informatics, Robotics and Cyberneticsand its members included experts from both academia and practice. The outputs of Chapter 5 were presented at a conference organised by the National Centre for Industry 4.0 in January 2025.
